Summer Programs

Heart for Education offers summer enrichment programs for students in grades K-12 on a tuition basis. Focusing on inquiry and differentiation we work with schools and districts to organize custom academic curricula to meet the needs of students.

Heart for Education hires credentialed teachers within the school or district in order to develop a community partnership. Schools and districts receive the benefits of materials and resources in the form of a monetary donation.

After School Studies

Heart for Education offers academic enrichment workshops to students in grades K-12. Workshops range from English Language Arts/writing to math and science.
Heart for Education currently offers the following after school programs:

Kinder Catchers: After school supervision and educational support

• Begins right when Kinder day ends & finishes when the rest of school is dismissed!
• Homework assistance & guided lessons support Kindergarten curriculum
• Now you can pick up all your kids from school at the same time!

Simply Spanish: World language enrichment class for grades K-8

• Learn words & phrases to use everyday
• Learn how to say things for class & at home
• Basic Spanish to support the school’s IB program

Essay Editing

Heart for Education provides essay editing services. We can help students improve the grammar, punctuation, spelling, as well as other aspects of important papers ranging from College Admissions essays to essays for English and other classes. These revisions will take the focus off of potential mistakes and allow your knowledge of the subject to shine through.

Tutoring

Heart for Education runs after school tutoring programs that benefit both students who are struggling as well as students who have excellent grades. Often, a neutral homework coach can ease the homework tension between parents and children. This is provided in a safe, nurturing atmosphere that aids students in getting homework done, studying for tests, and doing both assigned and for enjoyment reading. Homework helpers are also available to talk to parents about academic areas that can benefit from more practice as well as what is going well for their student. Students are taught how to learn and gain knowledge often solving their own questions they came to ask.

Staff Development

Heart for Education is an inquiry and differentiation based consulting agency. As such, we organize inquiry based staff development centered around the needs of individuals, districts, schools, and/or staffs. We train educators to serve as facilitators in excavating knowledge from students. We help you learn how to teach from an investigative perspective and aid students to learn where knowledge comes from.

We provide experts in the fields of inquiry and differentiation for all grade levels, K-12. These experts have provided educational services on a local, national, and international level. Our staff is second to none!
